2012, you sure been very tough yet ultimately fun. And I am thirsty for more! Cheers to being alive and experiencing more of life!
Thank You for the past, present, and future; for all the worse and bests. My faith remains in You, my fate is in You.
I’m feeling more loop-de-doos this year, and I cannot wait to enjoy it even more.
This year’s been too fast.. for me at least. Too many things happened and changed, for one our family has experienced a loss. And as we are mostly separated living our own lives from different countries for the rest of the year. This holiday season I promised myself to give my love ones undivided attention.
So while everyone is settling down from the Christmas rush, I’ll share to you a portion on how me and my family spent ours.
We decided to keep it simple, intimate, convenient, and of course with overflowing sumptuous food. ;)
After checking in with our empty tummies, we decided to warm up for the eve’s dinner bonanza! :p
Best. Tapa. Ever. Need I say more?
Fast forward to after 5 hours.. :))
Me and my sister doing wardrobe check for Christmas Eve dinner. ;)
PS: Super thank you Shangri-La, Makati for taking care of us! :)
And more vanity shots coming up! @-))
Me and my ever-looking-young mother.
[on me: Forever21 sheer polka cover and dress and Aldo heels]
And people always thought the three of us are sisters! Hmmm.. question is, who do they think is the youngest?
And with few minutes before the clock strikes to midnight, the four of us headed back to our room for more chaotic bonding and virtual X’mas greetings :))
[on me: Zara knitted top and bag, Uniqlo pants, Mango aviators and boots] - Hype this look here.
Oh the convenience of being in nearby shopping areas! Got to do a little shopping as soon as the malls open and before people swamp in for the viewing of MMFF. ;)
Gotta love the miniature filter of Canon EOS-M!
With my aunt and cousins arrival.. we ate some more! :@)
So we just took a photo of our feet instead of our faces :)) /labo
And to conclude this post: Happy holidays from my love ones to yours! May you all be surrounded with warmth, love and happiness wherever part you are in the world! :)
It has been a soaring, tumbling, free-wheeling production for the Asian Premier of Disney’s Aladdin. Congrats to all! Cheers to a magic carpet ride in capping 2012 Season. Until the next high adventure! :D
Taken one Arabian arvo, and right smack at the center in glasses is our dad in Meralco Theater, Mr. Ed C. ー A special thanks to you. :)

Baluarte is located at Vigan. From the city proper, it’ll be at about 4km away, or more I believe.. Just hop on a tricycle and pay P50 for two. And Baluarte does not have entrance fee by the way. ;)
Upon arriving to MiG’s dressing room, he gave a fair warning, “I always do things on live TV to embarrass myself.. but I’m kinda used to it. Stop me if I do!” Then I told him to just be himself and he’ll be fine.
After his briefing, we’re now on stand by, in 3.. 2.. 1..
And when he stood up, “here we go” I told myself..
..then there goes the lap dance. :)))
One of the best things everyone should know about MiG Ayesa besides he’s insanely modest and cracking funny? He’s full of surprises to blow your mind.
MiG meeting the three anchors of Bandila, Karen, Julius and Ces.
It’s been fun! Thank you to the staff and crew of Bandila.

Here are some shots I did while they were blocking for the Full Circle production last Sunday. Enjoy! :)
Markki waiting for his cue
K-La and Tom being directed by Mr. Johnny Manahan.
Tom and Markki saying hi! :D
Vina and Nyoy right after rehearsing their song.
PS: Watch out for the complete cast of Rock of Ages this coming Sunday with Rock Star INXS MiG Ayesa at ASAP 2012! :D
Last Sunday’s Full Circle segment were meant for Star Magic talents who have also ventured the industry of theatre.
And most of these artists have performed and part of the growing family of Atlantis Productions; who has been bringing and keeping Broadway musicals/plays alive in the Philippines for the past 12 years, and still counting strong.
Rock of Ages, to open at June 15, 2012. With the cast Nyoy Volante and Vina Morales, to be joined by Rock Star INXS’, MiG Ayesa. [see this post]
Disney’s Aladdin, to be premiered in Asia before it even hits Broadway! To be starred by In the Heights’s Nina, K-La Rivera and his debut in musical theatre, PBB’s Tom Rodriguez.
As seen from Next to Normal as Henry. And my personal favorite musical, was represented by Markki Stroem.
PS: That is Markki’s painful / kawawa face. :(
He sang Light in the Dark, which was originally sung on-stage by Jett Pangan.
PPS: The song suits your voice perfectly! /being a fan and a friend :D
Guji Lorenzana, for Legally Blonde.
And Peter Pan, brought Repertory Philippines.
Staged last October 2011, with Sam Concepcion and Tippy dos Santos.
After prod number and ASAP Chill-out photos.
Children’s favorite fairytale characters in real life!!! *u*
They surely all expressed that they miss theatre and looking forward to be part of the future shows!
It’s been fun! From someone who’s also done theatre and be with them.. the humor, passion, and talent from each other overflows and just ticks like a clock! :)
Special thanks to: Star Magic, ASAP 2012 and ABSCBN
water + kids + tourists + sun + water + more water = SUMMER ☀
PS: Pardon my photos, I was wearing sunnies the whole time I was shooting. @-))
Me and Kars were unconsciously doing The Stations of the Cross for years, until recently. Hence we realized this became our panata [vow] to do this yearly for God.
The past two weeks with my family has been difficult. A loss of a loved one, so quickly and unexpected will never be easy to accept. This year’s Walkway reminded me of simplicity of life. To be kind, strive but remain humble, and have faith; for God has better reasons in every unfortunate events we encounter. Have. Faith.
May everyone had a blessed Holy Week. Happy Easter! :)
An exciting season by Atlantis Productions continues! Catch Rock of Ages on June - July, God of Carnage on July - August, Nine on September and Disney’s Aladdin on November - December, all happening this 2012!
